In the July
school holidays, we are modelling a holiday club style of disciple making by
running a soccer clinic.
Recently, I emailed
a group of people to ask them to think and pray about leading at our event.
One of the
female leaders replied to my email saying something along the lines of: I don’t
really understand your email. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I don't have any
soccer skills. What were you hoping I would be doing?
What do you look
for in a leader?
In any leader I
look for two things:
1) A Christian
2) Character
In the list from
1 Timothy 3:1-7 it only makes mention of ability once, able to teach.
The rest of the
list is all character.
Now what do you look
for in a leader?

As mentioned earlier the Fluidic comes in both variant petrol and diesel engine.
At the final with the test, your examiner will inform
you of a pass or fail. The theory part of the test is really
a set of multiple choice questions, 50 in total, and you have to reply to no
less than 43 correctly to pass.
