I’ve been running around Bellerive using an app called Strava Run
Some of the things I like about it are:
# It gives how long I’ve run
# How many calories I’ve burnt
# Minutes per km I’ve run
# It shows where I've run
# I can follow other mates who use the app
Since running I have found the fitter I am the more productive at work I am, more creative, happier, feel better and eating better.
I’m thinking of doing a fun run in 2014.
